1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
You received a damaged or defective product
We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of color or style.
2. Time Frame
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Order number
Photos of the product (clearly showing the issue)
A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
4. Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
All tags and labels must be intact
Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
5. Refund Policy
Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of:
Replacement item (subject to availability), or
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
6. Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping only if the item sent was incorrect or damaged. If the return is accepted for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in case of defects or shipping errors. We do not offer size or style exchanges at this time.
